I received and email to come in for an interview. I went in and was only asked some very basic questions that I could of just been asked over the phone. All of which I gave good answers to. I then heard no response for over ten days until I finally emailed to followed up and I was sent a very basic and impersonal email back saying they decided to go with someone who was a better match. It is fine if someone was a better match but they would have known that by just looking at the resumes and there was no reason to ask me to take my time to come in for an interview and I also found it very unprofessional that they did not even get back to me with a reasonable or well thought out response.
