I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Rubicon
Interview
Long and somewhat difficult with lots and lots of interviews with different people. Everyone is kind and understanding about scheduling and I enjoyed working with the recruiters to prepare for each interview in depth.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Rubicon (Atlanta, GA) in May 2016
Interview
Super easy interview process. Did 1 pre-screen call, then 1 video call, then 1 face-to-face interview. No structure to it really. There wasn't much to prepare for. I haven't seen them invest much time in creating a thorough interview process, and I've seen them pay for it already with some quick hires and fires.
