Interview
Recruiter reached out for scheduling screening, after screening there was hiring manager round. After that virtual onsite. They asked me to adjust timings very last minute frequently. Most Interviewers were very inexperienced and didn’t know what to ask during interview they seemed very bored and uninterested.

Question 1
It seems they wanted solutions to some of the problems they were facing and whole purpose of interviews was to find a solution to their problems.
Half of the interviewers were inexperienced and couldn’t engage in conversation. It was waste of time and effort.
Recruiters lack professionalism, they changed time frequently and after process was complete, they didn’t bother to even call for update or send email to tell what was the outcome of interview.
One screening round and four on-site rounds. The screening round was elite code hard, which I was able to get a solution for but not able to put it up, but still made it through for the on-site rounds. Again, there was another elite code medium-medium-hard, and the two system coding rounds were just discussions. The managerial round or behavioral round was pretty normal, with no real stand out questions from that.
