If you have a gap due to being laid off during the pandemic (and to no fault of your own), Path will not hire you or even interview you....how ironic as a mental health company. Applied online with my resume and personalized cover letter and with 10 Years C-Suite experience, including same level of support, work arrangement, and salary, yet 3 days after applying I received a decline email stating: "we've had a chance to review your application materials and made the difficult decision not to move forward with your candidacy for the role. As Path continues to grow, we feel someone like you could add value in the future." Good news is, I'm interviewing at other companies who think I would add value now so it's really all subjective....and no I won't be applying to PATH 'in the future'.
