Interview
Went through all rounds of interviews, which included a recruiter screening, hiring manager screening, and two coding interviews. The algorithms were not what I expected for this position, but in hindsight weren't too bad. I was offered feedback after my rejection, but the company did not follow through. This was truly disappointing considering their promised culture of feedback.
I’m not sure what the whole process looks like. I ended up deciding that I needed the flexibility of post time/contract work, so I withdrew my name from consideration after recruiter screen. I think the next step would have been a hiring manager screen?
