Interview process was appropriate and concise. Questions asked were appropriate for the position I was looking for. Interviewer was experienced in the field and made me feel comfortable during the process. Was not a gimme interview. There were a couple of truly serious knowledge based EMS questions that without proper education and training would have sunk me. Over all felt that the interview was a thorough good representation of my knowledge in the field and desire to work for this company as an EMT.

Interview consisted of a Field Supervisor and HR Representative. Not intimidating like some interviews I've had in the past for other positions elsewhere. Just be prepared and CONFIDENT and it'll flow smoothly.

The interview process was simple. You apply online. If you're lucky enough to have a referral your resume has higher priority. After a couple weeks, you'll receive a call to schedule an interview.
