Pleasant initial phone interview with a recruiter, followed by a phone interview with the hiring manager. This was followed by a third round of longer interviews with another recruiter, then the hiring manager, and finally a panel with the clinical team (this last round took altogether about 2.5 hours). Honestly it would have been an overall positive experience EXCEPT for the drawn-out process/redundant interviews and the lowest salary offer not up for much negotiation. The same job posting has opened, closed, and reopened for months now...hmmm. If the job is that hard to fill - maybe it's time to reevaluate the interview process and pay candidates fairly.
