I had an interview scheduled with HR at 11:00 am. I got there about 15 minutes prior to the time and told the receptionist I had an interview with Terrance. I was directed to sign in and have a seat. There appeared to be 2 other people scheduled to meet with him before me. I was not seen by the HR person that scheduled my interview for 11:00 am until about 12:45pm. After waiting nearly 2 hours past my scheduled time, I was offered no apology for the blatant waste of my time and disrespect. Then I was asked to read and sign paper while tried to ask me questions at the same time. Maybe it was a competency test, but I was unable to do both. I ended only having a chance to answer 1 question before he took me over to meet with the project manager of the study. It was clear the project manager made her decision about me before I was asked any questions.
