I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Rush University Medical Center
Interview
One HR Video call first, followed by manager panel interviews, one of the managers was late to the interview and didn't seem too interested to ask any questions. Never heard back from the company
I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Rush University Medical Center (Chicago, IL) in Sep 2010
Interview
First, there was a phone interview. The second round was an interview with HR and then 4 30-min interviews with people of varying positions in the department. It was a very structured process which was nice. HR gives you benefits information and a little background of the department and the people you are going to meet before the department interviews. Each person is assigned a recruiter from HR. MIne was fantastic. She kept me updated through every step of the way and even called before my orientation to ask if I have questions.
