I applied on Rutgers' career portal. The interview experience was toxic. Also my mistake was I should've never applied for a part-time position while looking for a full-time position. At the very beginning, they asked me and all other candidates to attend a "training" for a whole day on zoom !! We were asked to read the survey question by question (role play) for 6 hours! Then I was given a second-round interview with the team. They asked me my data skills and other work experiences. I specifically told them I didn't know SAS. They said it would be ok. They mentioned they would give me another round of interview to test my language skills and a skill test to do. After a few days, I did a third-round interview with a data analyst in another language. Then I did a forth-round interview that only lasted for 10 min with another lady! The lady confirmed my data skills and I told her I didn't know SAS. I could only do the test in R or Stata. She said no problem and then sent me a test that had to be down in SAS. I got so mad and felt they had been wasting my time. In order to be transformed to be a full-time, you need to work part-time for 6 months and get pass. It is extremely toxic and I encourage every one to look for somewhere else
Simple behavioral questions. Just contact your favorite professor and ask. Most of the time they need the help. Most of the time it will not be paid, but the experience is worth it.

it was pretty easy overall and just basically like wanted you to do the classic questions that people have to answer. these include the standard "tell me about yourself" and "walk me through your resume
