I went through multiple interviews with five different managers, and took tests, and went through classes, and watched training videos , and had to learn all the portions on the menu , and learn the cocktails, and wine list ...

The interview process was done in three parts. I was interviewed by the beverage manager, then the HR manager and last by the GM. The interview was professional and not too long. I was told I would know within a few days if I had been given the position or not and I was called two hours later to be told I had received the position.
