Applied through Jobsite.Process took around 2 weeks. 1. Aptitude test 2. Telephone interview 3. Face to Face Panel Interview 4. Face to Face Panel/Final Interview Absolutely worst and truly one of a kind of experience! The interviewers behaved really uninterested,disrespectful,impolite and rude from the very beginning. They were constantly giving a vibe that they are not interested in you,kept on muttering how you don't know anything ,but went on calling you to come back again and again for the following round of interviews.Final round was the absolute worst, one of the interviewer's kept on saying how their employees are much more younger and smarter than i was at times, while the other one was trying to low ball big time. They constantly make you feel worthless and explains to you in lengths what a misfit you are, but still wants you - why on earth would you spend 30-45 minutes on each interview(4 interviews in total) on a person you are uninterested.Also told me that i cannot RUN away after a year or two in an authoritative/ultimatum tone, while i sat there staring in disbelief(it's not even legal 'n we didn't even agree to work together at that point!). I was stunned by their overall unprofessional approach and humiliating behaviour. They want american citizens to work for peanuts(literally!) that too round the clock(Yes 4 /5am and late night calls comes for free with the 9 hour day job package!).Truly was aghast by their wants/needs and the mighty peanut package . One good part is that there is no work from home(what a relief!), but kind enough to allow you to take after hour calls from home. First time in my life I felt the need to leave a review in glassdoor since i am absolutely disgusted at myself for not speaking up while i was being tormented .And this is the first and only time in my entire career i was mentally abused during an interview.For some strange reason the vibe of that place reminded of lupita nyong from '12 years a slave' and Kim Jong of North korea. Without even working there even for a single day understood how true all the negative reviews were.Stay away from that place like plague! Truly feel sorry for their employees. Advise to the management: Know that when people come for an interview assessment happens both ways. Not everyone is desperate for a paycheck . Belittling is not leadership. It speaks volumes about YOU than the other person, You rise by lifting others and not by pushing them down. Treat people with respect no matter who they are.For the people you thrash on your way up, you may have to see them on your way down too. Last but not the least - Learn a thing or two about KARMA , What you give comes back to you many times fold.
