I was asked the syntax of SQL queries and nothing related to my earlier projects. I have a vast industry experience and it did not look like they were interviewing for a senior position. In these days, who remembers all these? A fresh college graduate might prepare for an interview in this way. But in all the interviews I attended, I was always asked about my projects and my experience and not the syntax of SQL
