After applying online, they sent me an aptitude test which consisted of many technical questions. I didn't think I did well but they reached out to me for an interview. The interview started with just one person but they asked if I could stay longer to interview with several other employees since they were interested in me. Overall, interview was mostly casual and pleasant. It lasted much longer than I expected since they had me do "multiple rounds" in one sitting. Consisted of some brief technical questions as well.
