RxLogix Corporation interview questions

The interview process consisted 2 rounds. The first round was technical round and they asked the questions about regulatory requirements, testing basics, sql and validation process. And second round was more of an interaction with the manager. He asked me about my current roles and told me his expectations. I had cleared both rounds. But later they did not release the offer stating we did not get the approval to give you your expected package. But, I had told them my expectations while applying only. If they did not have the budget, they should not have interviewed me only.
