      I interviewed at RxSense

      Interview

I drove through many states to see family and was sleep deprived. I should have pushed my interview back since my brain wasn't working properly. When I got on the Google Meeting, I couldn't hear the interviewer. His voice was robotic and I would repeat things back to him. He gave me the option to do a Zoom meeting later, which I should have agreed to, but I told him as long as I can see him, we can move forward. The interviewer never fixed their camera and I was staring at a black screen the whole time when seeing them would have helped me formulate my answers better, especially since I couldn't hear them well. If this is how they handle the interview process, don't bother applying to this company or their SingleCare division. I was told something they could do better was make their operations more efficient, which definitely rings true after this terrible experience.

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at RxSense (Boston, MA) in Jul 2019

      Interview

This was in 2019. A recruiter reached out to me about the role in early July; after speaking with the recruiter on the phone and sending them my resume, I had two more phone interviews with members of the marketing team. My third and final interview was in their Boston office with the marketing VP I'd be working under; received and accepted an offer soon after. The process took roughly a month between the recruiter first reaching out and my first day at RxSense. Overall the interview process was straightforward and easy, with both phone interviews being very informative for both sides as far as my fit with the role/team, what working for the company is like, etc. From prior chats with other employees it sounds like the interview process depends largely on who in leadership is doing the interviewing. In my case my supervisors were excellent, and continue to be to this day.
