Fill application out online if chosen you must do a phone interview first. The phone interview had you answering different scenario's of how you handled situations you may have been in with a client.
Wanted to know how much marketing experience you had for the company requires constant marketing from their sales staff.
Had to give examples of sales quotas and how you achieve them.
I found it difficult to express myself and show my skills as a sales professional through the telephone.
I would say I am of the old school and prefer face to face interviews.
The process was professional and organized and was right on schedule. There were different interviewers that came in, each with a different set of questions. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.
There are 3 one hour interviews with different managers. They do a behavioral style interview. It is intense, but if you study behavior style questions beforehand, you will do fine.
