A hard interview. You need to own it. Read the book 4-2 sales by jeff shore to prep for the interview this is how we sell and you will be trained off this book. If you understand that you will be selling off of customers current dissatisfaction with their current home this will help you. Be strong but not cocky in the interviews. Dont bulk at working weekends. Be open and take feedback in the interviews. Take the personality test strengths finder and take those results to your interview. It doesn't matter what industry you sold in as long as you were in sales for 3 plus years and a top 10% rep and can prove it you have a good shot. The interviewer will dig into every one of your answers they ask you at least 2 levels down. This is also how you will sell by digging so they want to see how you handle it.
