      I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Ryan Homes (Richmond, VA) in Oct 2019

      Simple and straight forward process. First interview was a phone interview. 2nd interview was in person, interviewed multiple times by different managers, and one group interview. Most questions were behavioral questions.
