incredibly long. it felt like I was applying for a government job - which is very strange because the founder of the company claims to dislike waste and bureaucracy. it really threw me off.

there were a lot of forms and salary disclosure. they also asked for a complete list of my clients at my current job and how many of my current clients I could bring over. this made me uncomfortable and showed it was not someplace i was interested in working.
