There was a phone interview first, then 2 more in-person interviews. The interviews were just the right amount of information, and questions. Nothing too bad.
There was plenty of time to ask questions and talk about stuff other than the job.
HR call for background and more details on the position, then two zoom meetings with the director and senior management, mostly behavioral questions, easy conversations to just talk and get to know you better.

Initial interview was more of a background and culture check, as well as a gauge on expected compensation. Second round was a bit more in-depth with the team Manager and Director.
First round interview was more of a 'get to know you' interview with a recruiter. Second round interview was with ~3 employees across different levels of the organization.
