The process moved relatively fast for Ryan. It took 10 days to get the offer. The interview was with two people. The manager and a Senior Consultant. The actual questions were not job specific, but were questions that were more about my work ethic and people skills. It was a very long interview process and if spanned across 2 months long. In my opinion it should really only have been a couple interviews before they made their decision. Ryan LLC is very tedious who they pick though.
