Ryan Vice President Finance interview questions

I normally don’t do these types of reviews but I am making an exception because my recruiting experience with Ryan is the worst I have ever seen in my 20 year career. The initial phone interviews with the recruiter and the PE partner were fine but when it came time for in-person interviews the process totally fell apart. Basically the hiring manager canceled on me twice, once with only an hours notice before our scheduled meeting. I find this type of behavior totally unprofessional. In addition I took multiple calls from the recruitment contact outside of business hours as early as 7:15am to as late as 9:30pm throughout the process to accommodate her schedule. These circumstances lead me to believe that the work atmosphere here is not in line with what everyone believes and appears to be chaotic at best. Good luck everyone.
