The interviewer was rude and unprofessional. I applied online on Workday. I received a phone call from a recruiter more than a month later who then requested a virtual technical interview on Teams the very next day. The interviewer was talking to someone in his house during the interview, which threw me off. It was clear he hadn't looked at my resume prior to the interview. During the interview, he had me minimize Teams for a good chunk of the interview, so it was awkward not to be able to see his video while he could see mine. The interviewer's tone was condescending throughout the interview and it appeared that his entire agenda was to make himself appear superior. It's been almost three weeks now since the interview and I haven't received any feedback from the recruiter despite reaching out twice. This is not what I expected from S&P Global.
