I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at S&P Global (Melbourne) in Jun 2023
Interview
This was hands down the worst hiring process I have ever experienced by a country mile. The whole process took far too long and was very exhausting and time consuming. They made me do 5 interviews, 1 x HR, 4 x 1 director and 1 senior, every single interview they asked the same or very similar questions, and the people interviewing seemed to have no clue what the hiring process was. They also had me do a case study. The overall process took over 3 months from start to finish, only for them to offer a very low salary compared to what I mentioned to HR at the beginning. I am very frustrated and disappointed. Horrible experience.
