Hard market-oriented test for the fisrt time, together with other candidates. 4 questions, mostly regarding corporate finance, economics and relating to ratings. Last one was "Why do you want to work for S&P?" Then had one month later an interview with two directors and four analysts. Cool people, some hard answers and focus on past history and achievements. Also some statistics questions.
