A recruitment firm arranged the interview. There were two rounds of interview. The first round centered around hard skills and getting to know the individual. The second round was based on the individual's soft skills (attitude, behaviour)
The interview process was pretty straight forward. I went through 3 rounds not including initial screening. Over a month after my final interview they informed me I wasn’t picked for the job.
