Application on adp platform, including resume and coverletter submission. Response from Talent Acquisition same day requesting an interview. Schedule for the next day. Went well, including the TA saying they were "excited to send me to the hiring manager". Said I should expect to hear by mid-next week. I never heard back, so followed up end of the week. No response. Followed up the next week asking if there was an update, or if I should consider it closed. I got an automated rejection the next week. The job remained posted. The TA never responded, which heavily impacted my "disapproval" rating.
