there were two phone screenings and a math assessment. If you passed the assessment, you were invited to next in person interview where we were expected to provide a tutoring session to students. You were also asked a lot of questions regarding your commitment to wanting to help underrepresented communities and why you're prepared to do this fellowship as opposed to others.
