I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at SAGA Education in Jan 2022
Interview
They emailed me I booked an interview and we spoke for about 30 minutes. Although the interviewer was very nice it seemed like the interviewer only vaguely knew about the expectations and responsibilities of the role and that everything they knew was coming from a script. It also didn't help that the interviewer was very new to the organization. It definitely seemed like a waste of time speaking to them and unfortunately, when it's difficult to connect with the screener it also determines how far you go in the process.
