Applied online. Several weeks later received an email requesting a phone screen, which was painless. Basically if you can fog up the mirror you're moving on in the process. This was followed by a phone interview several weeks later. I was supposed to have a call with individual "X" but ended up getting a call from "Y". Interview was again superficial with them more trying to gauge my soft skills. Close to 3 months after my initial application I received a request for an on-site interview. I was supposed to meet with 3 people, their names and roles were clearly outlined in the email I received. Upon arrival I ended up meeting with 3 completely different people. The overall interview was not positive due to poor planning and execution on their part. It wasn't my worst interview but close to it.
