I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at SAP (Prague) in Oct 2016
Interview
Half hour face2face meeting with recruiter, followed by two skype calls with managers in US.
First meeting was very general, I believe the only purpose was for recruiter to see if I`m sane person. Not too informatice, down the road occured that position is more interesting and demanding than initially presented. Also information about the team and reason for opening were incorrect.
Skyoe calls - with direct supervisor and department manager in US HQ. More of a conversation than classic interview. Which demands discipline from candidate - you need to be precise and show details of experience yet be approachable and show communication skills. I advice to be prepared for case based interview.
