I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at SAP (Dublin, Dublin) in Jan 2016
Interview
Very unprofessional process and people: 10 minutes call with HR. She was kind of desperate to find someone. Very simple questions about your background but not getting too deep neither asking for details. She then arranged a F2F interview with the ERP leader. After arranging the day, she said that the process was on hold. A colleague told me that I was not selected because I had not ERP experience... crazy thing because I had 4 year Sales experience in ERP, the problem was that the recruiter didn't even ask about my previous experience, just focused on the last 2 years... Ridiculous. The position was then re-opened and they hired one of my reportees, just CRAZY.
