Very bad way of communicating and dealing with a potential candidate for that position. I had 3 promised Skype interview appointments and all of them have been canceled without any notification. The fourth try was finally successful but during that interview, I realized that the required job skills and the daily work tasks are not combinable with each other at all. After asking more details I told them that I will not work for them under these circumstances at all.
