Interview
I went through two rounds of interviews, one with the hiring manager and another with a panel. The hiring manager had a tendency to use a stressful questioning style, and frequently interrupted my answers (more than three times, which was quite disruptive).
On the other hand, panel interview were very open and willing to share the real challenges and difficulties they face in their daily work, which I found to be very practical and down-to-earth.

I went through from university for an industrial placement. They made the whole application process easy and made me feel comfortable during the interview. I also received feedback on how I did in the interview later on.
