I applied through other source. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at SAP (Sydney) in Mar 2013
Interview
The process is well structured and relatively lengthy. I liked the fact that there were meetings with multiple stakeholders in the business which allowed me a better feel of the company, it's culture, it's values and the personalities of the people. All interviews were very professionally structured and input was provided too. Given the massive portfolio of products the company carries, I recommend potential applicants to research the company thoroughly, including its acquisition history. There was and continues to be a massive focus on SaaS and it will do well for potential candidates to research competitive offerings in this space and become well informed to highlight your industry awareness and differentiators. I used a number of online resources including many free publications from respected analysts.
Internal transfers are a pain in any large company but the 'interview process' is good. Few interviews, nice people. They knew me so... Nothing else to say about the process.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at SAP in Aug 2014
Interview
typical interview process. Respectful and productive. Engaged me with all appropriate people. The interview process tends to take longer than it should. Candidates should ask up front about time lines to clarify expectations.
