2 step interview, first one is about basic questions and second interview about person's abilities and competencies. there was 4-5 days between 2 interview and after second interview around 3 days, they are informing you about results.

After a phone call, has been invited to a 1to1 interview immediately with two different managers. The first half of the interview was based on various questions mentioned here. Describe some specific situations, how you would behave, trying to understand basic principles. Also, why SAP and what do you know about it. Another half of the interview was in German as the position required the knowledge of this language. Nothing serious, simple conversation to check the skills (where/how did you learn it, hobbies, etc.).
