apply online, the process takes 2 weeks. A 15min telephone interview + 1 hour in personal interview. They ask me if I know database in the telephone interview, and I answered no. Then they ask me if I know network and I answered no. However, they ask me if I have learned database and network before again. If database and network are important skills for this position, then why ask me for a 2nd round one hour in person interview?

First round with a 1 on 1 interview with the member of the team, the second round is panel interview with the manager and two other members of the team. Both technical and behavioural questions.
3 interviewers, all of them were very nice, but one of them was a bit unprepared. 30 minute behavioral questions and 30 minute technical. The senior manager asked about the projects on my resume.
