I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at SAP (Budapest) in Feb 2017
Interview
The hiring process took for 2 weeks. I received a mail from recruiter at Sunday evening. An interview had been scheduled for Tuesday. This was just a quick conversation about basic technical knoledge (easy questions about linux administration, databases, programming skills, previous work experiences, customer handling, logical task)
2 weeks later had the second interview with the team leader. First I spent half an hour to job shadowing. I prepared for tricky questions, but there was no. After we had a short conversation with the TL. He was interested for my background and future plan. He had mostly questions about my personality.
They were kind, helpful and enthusiastic. The one con is: the process was a bit disorganized.
But exept this it was a really good experience.
