I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at SAP (Singapore) in Apr 2015
Interview
Easy, straightforward and casual. Employer is interested to know the working chemistry between me and her so it started off casually. I got a fast reply from employer days after the interview.
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at SAP (Atlanta, GA) in Aug 2024
Interview
This was for a remote position, All of the interview were on Zoom, three separate calls. They were spaced out by two-three weeks (they were creating a new team for an office expansion).
They required that I film an intro video introducing myself.
Everyone was very pleasant, but they did not know a lot about the role
It was good overall gave me good insights and also explained how the whole process works and what they are looking for the expectations were set right and thats what went good
Preguntas básicas, luego no hay mucho detalle de la información. Luego no hay ninguna novedad del proceso. Sin feedback o seguimiento necesario. Falta de atención para las personas que buscan una oportunidad
