2. Phone interview with general role motivation questions. Competency based questions and a chance to ask questions.
3. Assessment centre: Group tasks, Presentation, Computer task and 1:1 interview.

Telephone interview and assessment centre. assessment centre was design and give a group presentation, and an individual interview. Got results back 1 week after saying I was successful. The current interns recruit their replacement interns, so you will always be engaging with interns that have been in your situation and know exactly how you are feeling, which is nice.
