Phone and then on site with a Skype link. Position was advertised as Product Owner, but it turns out that what the management really wanted was a Technical Lead/Technical Scrum Master sitting with the developers all the time and resolving things for them. Management also told me that there's also no release plan, but things in that team are just "released all the time". I started describing what an actual Product Owner, which sits closer to business, does, and from then on the conflicts started.

director interviewed me with big data use cases. He was very friendly and he created a friendly atmosphere and he was appreciating all the answers. He made me think about the use cases for the big data technology solutions. It was for an hour and the questions were pretty straight forward.
