Interview
Overall when I was onsite it went well
Everyone was professional and it seemed like a good place to work at.
3 hr on site coding session wasn’t that hard.
But after a week they promised answers.
After a week and half the recruiter says if you haven’t received a call the process is over for you. And that’s only after I checked with her.
It’s a shame that no one gives even a slight feedback after a 3 hours onsite coding session.
Something bad is going on in sap Israel

a zoom interview with leetcode question
second step was 8 hours in the office, solving a real life problem, allowed using ai tools and then went over design and implementation

Interview
The interview process was fun , first assignment was a technical task that u can do in go or java can use AI .
if you clear it(idk how u can not clear this) , you move on to the second interview with 2 of sap engineers classic leetcode style with a bit of system design they even left the room so i can code up without feeling pressure they were super nice.
each interview was 3 hours, but what was weird was the recruiter :-
1) doesn't answer mails i send totally ignored.
2) after the second interview i got positive feedback and told me they will get the manager so we can do the interview now but later the recruiter came and changed his mind ghosted for a week then got rejected.
the question is leetcode medium nothing hard i feel like with this process too many people get to later stages so they have to reject "randomly"
overall easy process just bad recruiter in my opinion.
