I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at SAP (New Delhi) in Oct 2023
Interview
There were a total of 3 interview rounds - 2 Technical rounds and a final HR / Managerial Round. All the rounds were elimination rounds and I got the offer letter at around 10 PM the same day that I had given the interview. The interviewers were all very friendly, intelligent, and humble. The waiting in between the rounds took a lot of time however due to a large number of candidates being selected from BCA but only a handful of interviewers to interview them all. The questions were all focused on making sure that you have a fine knowledge of the fundamentals and core concepts of computers in areas like DSA, programming languages like Python, C++, or any other programming language in which you are fluent. They also asked a few problem-solving questions in the first two interviews. The interviewers were helpful and would correct me if I was on the correct path to the answer but made a minor mistake somewhere. The final HR round is there to make sure that you are a good match of character/personality to the company. I would highly recommend being truthful to the interviewer in all the rounds as they are very knowledgeable and help us to succeed as much as they possibly can in winning the round. Also, all the interviewers had an expectation that the candidate could converse fluently
