Interview
The first round is just sending a list of relevant information such as: time you can work, where you study etc. The second round is filming a video of yourself talking about yourself, talking about one of the values of SAP and why you are the right choice for the job.

Who am I, what SAP values mean to me, why I'm the right fit.
There were four rounds in total.
1) Hr screening 2) SDE KR Manager 3) SDE APAC Manager 3) Sales Director
I had to prepare a 30 min presentation on why it has to be me.

Iniciaron un proceso hace 6 meses en donde cada dos meses tenia una entrevista, finalmente llegue a la ultima instancia y nunca mas notificaron si quede o no en el proceso. Son un desastre y si así manejan los procesos de recursos humanos no quiero imaginar lo que debes ser la cultura empresarial que en el día a día.
