SAP Senior Tech Consultant interview questions

the HR lady kept ignoring and being late for reply, and she even didn't turn up in the meeting, only to say "I am so sorry" later in the phone call. First interview with the manager and second with the team. All of these took about 1 month but the HR person, which was supposed to be the center of communication, just failed to do her job. Promised me to tell me the result even if I didn't get the spot, but she's still ignoring my email begging for the result. So unprofessional.
