Interview
Confusing. First, the Recruiter said they are not interested. Then I get a call for an interview with a Manager (not the Hiring Manager). Asked a bunch of basic questions. He said I was qualified. No discussions of compensation (either inquiry or provide salary range). Then there is silence from the recruiter and the Manager. I am assuming that they have an internal candidate in mind but going through their checklist of interviewing external candidates prior to hiring an internal or a friend's candidate. These are bogus opportunities.
