Recruiter screening very high level, and gave no clarity on role expectations. Was just reading out the job description from the careers site. Next was hiring manager with another person. Very strange interview and did not feel they were serious or had any market understanding of senior roles. The whole interview was a joke and seemed like school kids talking. In a way it seems that they even don’t know how to conduct interviews. Well old school organizations are expected this way.
