Not much. If you have some business savvy and ready to work, you have the job. The Sales Manager that did the interview did not seem too interested except to bring someone on board. The Process was initially with the recruiter and then with the Sales Manager. It was one of the easiest interviews I have had to date.

You get a call from a Recruiter who found your resume on Monster, they ask a series of questions and tell you about the company and all the money you can make, then you are scheduled to get a call from Hiring Manager, in which you are pretty much asked the same questions and provided the same information. Then within a week you are offered the job. And based on who shows up at training - if you take the call and go through their process you will get the job. We had one guy that was so high on drugs they had to ask him to leave and another person who couldn't perform simple math.
