Short on phone screening. Followed up with one on One sit down with recruiting manager. Series of 15 to 20 questions about 30 min. Waited about 3 days for a call back to for offer. Had to sign and return prior to my start date.

Straight to the point and very professional. The manager was pretty serious but overall a great experience from the initial call to the on-site interview. I even had question about a review that I saw and the interviewer handled it like a pro that she is.
